DELIVERY OF GOODS

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
StepChange Living handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Our policies for our primary offerings are as follows:
Digital Products (such as but not limited to Toolkits, E-books, Worksheets)
Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of access to digital products, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind after a purchase has been made. All sales are considered final.
We are committed to providing high-quality, functional products. If you experience a genuine technical issue, such as a corrupted file or a failure to receive the product after purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase with a valid description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement file. Refunds for technical faults will only be issued where we are unable to resolve the issue or where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Paid Newsletter Subscriptions
You may cancel your paid newsletter subscription at any time through your account portal. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period (monthly or annually), and you will not be charged again. You will continue to have access to all premium content and community features until the end of your paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial subscription periods.
All refunds are made at the discretion of StepChange Living.
